Lead engineer across payments, user accounts and loyalty on a microservices platform handling £300 million in annual transactions. Led the £100 million+ WorldPay to Cybersource migration, built AWS/Terraform infrastructure, scaled loyalty from launch to one million users and event pipelines for 70 million annual orders, and created experimentation tooling that validated £8 million revenue uplift.
